What are the benefits of the Hydrafacial and why should you get one?

Hydrate, exfoliate, and Plump

Hydrafacial is a treatment that can improve fine lines and wrinkles, increases firmness, evens skin tone, texture, and brown spots as well as reduces enlarged pores.  Hydrafacial has many benefits over the traditional facial treatments.  These benefit include effectiveness on all skin types with immediate results, no downtime, and non invasive.  It can help clear clogged pores, and remove hyperpigmentation and scars.

Hydrafacial results can last up to 4-6 weeks as long as you follow along with a professional skin care regime recommended by your skin are expert/esthetician.

Hydrafacials are good to do every 4-6 weeks depending on if you are doing a dermaplane along with them.  I like to space 5 weeks in between if you are adding a dermaplane so you have optimal results.  With consistent treatments, people can address various concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone.

Retinol vs. tretinoin strength Retinol and tretinoin are both Vitamin A derivatives called retinoids. These two compounds are an attractive option for individuals who want to combat anti-aging and reduce acne breakouts regardless of age. Retinoid products speed up desquamation or shedding of the skin, and unclog pores, allowing other creams and serums to work better. They also reduce formation of acne scars and improve skin complexion by increasing cell turnover and rejuvenation. Prescription vs. over-the-counter Retinol is found in a wide variety of skin care products available over the counter. Which you can find in many drug store or grocery stores in the personal care section. Because tretinoin is stronger than retinol you should ask your esthetician or dermatologist whats best for you. Both retinol and tretinoin are commonly used as topical treatments for a variety of skin conditions These include: Acne, melasma, solar comedones, liver spots, sun spots, fine lines and wrinkles. Though they are similar tretinoin is more concentrated and acts faster on the skin causing more irritation for the skin. You can use tretinoin or retinol every night once your skin gets used to it. It is best to start out two nights a week and increase as your skin can handle it. Please keep your skin hydrated as you will have better results if you use serums or moisturizes with ceramides. It can take up to 12 weeks to see results from using retinol and tretinoin. Please be advised to wear spf as your skin will become more sensitized.
